I help you reconnect with yourself. Not by fixing you, but by helping you understand yourself in a way that actually creates change. We slow things down, untangle what feels heavy, and rebuild something most people lose along the way… self-trust.
I guide through lived experience, real conversation, and grounded support. This is a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and start finding your way back to yourself.
